2. What data this site collects

This site does not use analytics cookies or third-party tracking scripts. The only data collected is:

Contact form submissions — if you submit the support form, your email address and message are stored to respond to your request.
License purchase data — handled by our payment processor. We receive your email address and transaction details to manage your license. No payment card data is stored by us.
Server logs — standard web server access logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) retained for security purposes for 30 days.

3. What the plugin collects

The CQI Referrer Attribution WordPress plugin stores attribution data in your own WordPress database. This data is held on your server and is entirely under your control. H D Fraser does not have access to attribution data collected by the plugin on your site.

Attribution data may include IP addresses when debug logging is enabled. The plugin registers with the WordPress Privacy API so that personal data can be exported or erased in response to data subject requests.

4. Cookies

This site sets no marketing or analytics cookies. Necessary cookies may be set by the checkout process during Pro license purchase.

5. Third parties

Pro license purchases are processed by a third-party payment platform acting as merchant of record. Their privacy policy governs purchase data. We do not sell or share your personal data with any other third parties.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, and erase personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email [email protected].

7. Retention

Contact form data is retained for the duration of the support interaction plus 90 days. License data is retained for the life of the license plus 7 years for accounting purposes. Server logs are purged after 30 days.
