Before submitting a request
Check the documentation first - most configuration questions are covered in the installation and getting-started guides. If you are reporting a bug, include:
- WordPress version (plugin users)
- PHP version
- Plugin or Refer App version
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead
- Any relevant entries from the debug log (Pro tier)
