Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
1. Acceptance
By purchasing a Pro or Agency license for CQI Referrer Attribution, you agree to these Terms of Service. Free tier use is governed by the GPL v2 license under which the plugin is distributed.
2. License
Pro and Agency licenses are issued per WordPress installation. A single-site license permits use on one domain. An Agency license permits use on up to ten domains. Licenses are non-transferable except as permitted under section 4.
3. Permitted use
Licenses are for use on sites you own or manage on behalf of clients. Sub-licensing, reselling, or distributing the Pro plugin files to third parties is not permitted.
4. License transfer
You may deactivate a license on one site and activate it on another site at any time through the Attribution → License screen. Each license may only be active on the permitted number of sites simultaneously.
5. Refunds
All Pro plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase to request a refund. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
6. Updates and support
Active licenses include plugin updates and support for the license period. After expiry, the plugin continues to operate but no longer receives updates. Renewing a lapsed license restores update and support access.
7. Limitation of liability
The plugin is provided as-is. H D Fraser is not liable for data loss, revenue loss, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the plugin. Attribution data accuracy depends on the availability and integrity of HTTP referrer headers, which are controlled by third-party browsers and platforms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country or state of residence that cannot be waived by contract.
