Does the WordPress plugin work with caching plugins?

Yes. Attribution classification happens on the first server-side request that generates a cached page. Subsequent visitors served from cache still receive a classification on their first visit because the beacon script runs client-side to trigger a server-side classification request. The most common caching configurations work without additional setup.
