Refer App Documentation

White Label

Replace the default branding on the Branded Report with your own.

Pro

White Label lets you replace the default logo and footer on the Branded Report with your own agency name and branding. The console itself is always branded as Refer App — White Label only applies to the client-facing report, not the admin interface.

Settings

Agency name

Your agency or brand name. Appears as the report title in place of "Referrer Attribution Report".

Logo URL

A URL to your logo image. The logo must already be hosted somewhere publicly accessible (your own CDN, your website's media library, etc.) — there's no file upload here. Paste the direct URL to the image file.

Recommended: a PNG or SVG, horizontal format, no wider than 400px at its natural size. The report constrains it to max-width 220px at 32px height.

Report filename template

Controls the default filename when the report is saved as a PDF. Supports these placeholders:

PlaceholderReplaced with
{agency}Your agency name
{site}The tracked site's domain
{date}Today's date (YYYY-MM-DD)

Example: {agency} — {site} — {date} produces Acme Agency — example.com — 2025-03-15

Footer text template

The small text line at the bottom of the report. Supports the same placeholders as the filename template. Defaults to Powered by Refer App if left blank.

Example: Attribution report prepared by {agency} for {site}

Preview

The White Label settings page shows a live preview of your filename and footer using today's date and your site's domain, so you can see exactly what the output will look like before generating a report.
